Internal organization development is important but often hard to visualize and track. Together with Swedish psychologist company Trana we designed this tool with the classic board game in mind; the goal is to make all the game pawns travel to the top of the structure.
Placing it in a lobby or a meeting room will help remind co-workers of internal goals and as well as motivate them to reach them. Monthly meetings where goals are reviewed and the pawns are moved accordingly provide a tangible way for co-workers to gather around internal development and encourage discussion.
The game pawns and cards come in different colors, each representing a development area that the company wishes to address. When progress is made in either one of these areas, the corresponding pawn moves up the path towards the top.
