Brief
Internal organization development is important but often hard to visualize and track. Therefore, psychologist company Trana Psykologer wanted us to create a physical method to remind co-workers about their goals and at the same time make it fun, engaging and motivating to reach them.
Solution
The result is STIG – A game-like city with where goals are visualized as pawns that move towards the top. This provides a tangible way for co-workers to rally around internal development topics and encourage discussion and social interaction.
